How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Retrolica. This email contains:

  • Your order number
  • A tracking number
  • A direct link to track your shipment

Step 2: Track Your Shipment

Click the tracking link in your email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.

Don't have your tracking email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@retrolica.com with your order number, and we'll resend your tracking information.


Understanding Your Tracking Status

"Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment"

Your shipping label has been created, and your order is being prepared for pickup by the carrier. This status can last 1–3 business days before the package is physically scanned by the shipping carrier.

"In Transit"

Your package is on its way! It's moving through the carrier's network toward your destination. You may see multiple scans at different locations as your package travels.

"Out for Delivery"

Great news! Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive at your address today.

"Delivered"

Your package has been successfully delivered. If you don't see it, check with neighbors, building management, or any safe delivery locations specified during checkout.

"No Tracking Information Available"

Don't worry—this is completely normal. Tracking information can take 3–7 business days to update after your order ships, especially for international shipments. If your tracking still shows no information after 10 business days, please contact us at support@retrolica.com.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here's what to expect after your order ships:

United Kingdom & Europe 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand 7–15 business days
Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, etc.) 7–12 business days
Rest of World 8–16 business days

Please Note: These are estimates from the date of shipment. Production time (1–3 business days) is not included. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak season delays.


Customs and International Shipping

If you're receiving an international shipment, your package may go through customs clearance in your country. This process can add 1–7 days to your delivery time. You may see tracking statuses such as:

  • "Arrived at customs"
  • "Customs clearance in progress"
  • "Released from customs"

Customs Duties and Taxes: You may be responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes when your package arrives. These fees are determined by your country's regulations and are not included in your order total.


What If My Package Is Delayed?

Delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Local postal service delays

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@retrolica.com.


What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

All Retrolica shipments are tracked and insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at support@retrolica.com within 7 days.
  2. Provide your order number and, for damaged items, include clear photos of the damage.
  3. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Most orders are produced on-demand and ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

I received a delivery notification, but I don't have my package. What should I do?

Check around your delivery location, neighbors, or building management. If still missing after 24 hours, contact support@retrolica.com.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Retrolica is online-only. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
